Payment conditions
At the moment OP MAAT SA and client reach an agreement on the package of travel, OP MAAT SA sends to the client an invoice with all specifications of what was negotiated, then the customer must make a payment of 10 % of the total value of his trip, as confirmation of the agreement, which is non-refundable for any reason.
The customer must pay 90% of the remaining value of the invoice, at least 5 weeks before the start of his trip.
Repayment Terms
90% of the travelprice can be refunded in full up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
You are entitled to reimbursement of 40% up to 15 days before the start of the trip.
The cancellation must be sent by e-mail to OP MAAT SA
Any person who is making a type of business or transaction means that you accept these conditions, leaving the customer responsible by reading the condicions.
